Q: Wash Guide 

A: We recommend washing the product in cold water inside out, and if necessary dry on low heat, although, if you are worried about shrinking we recommend air drying. To maintain pristine quality you would need to have the product professionally dry cleaned. 


Q: How long does shipping take? 

A: Shipping usually takes about 4-6 business days to process your order and another 2-3 days (usually) to arrive depending on your location. For Pre-Orders please allow 3-4 weeks (15-20 business days) for your piece to be manufactured and another week to be shipped. 


Q: Do the hoodies fit large or small? 

A: We strive to provide True-to-size clothing but this can vary. Pay attention to the product description during checkout.

A: The material of products will vary, pay attention to the product description during checkout. 


 

Q: Do you restock any of your products?

A: Restock will be determined based on the success of an item, but we pride in uniqueness so we will not restock the same exact design consistently. 


Q: Item does not look as it does on the website

A: Our manufactures try their best to create the best replication of our designs that they can, sometimes designs and concepts are not EXACTLY the same. Our pieces we ship and the references on the site will be nearly identical, thus requests for refunds will not be granted. 


Q: Where is my order? 

A: If you signed up for email alerts you will receive updates about when your order is expected to arrive. 


Q: What if my package is stolen? 

A: We cannot take fault for an unforeseen wrongful act such as theft, thus it is very important you pay attention to the ETA of your order and plan accordingly. 


Q: What if my order is damaged? 

A: We cannot take fault for an unforeseen product neglect during transportation. We apologize dearly for the inconvenience, but due to the limited stock we cannot provide a replacement piece.
